Accessibility Statement


The Career Workshop website has been designed to be accessible to as many people as possible.

It has been designed and developed to the rules and regulations set out by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).  These are known as the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

The Career Workshop website is:

  • W3C XHTML v1.1 validated
  • W3C CSS 2.0 validated
  • W3C WAI WCAG compliant to A standard

The website has also been tested on a range of browsers to make it available to as many users as possible.  The browsers that have been tested are:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0
  • Mozilla Firefox 1.5
  • Netscape 8.0
