Career Change Centres and On-site Support
Setting up an on-site Career Centre is a valuable resource to offer employees who are leaving a company, providing a focal point for support and assistance.
However, they can be time-consuming to set up, so why not consider outsourcing the activity to Career Workshop? We can provide everything you need to get your Centre up-and-running, including reference books, self-help texts, stationery, signage, handouts and promotional materials. We can also help to recruit an appropriate administrator for the Centre, and provide training for the administrator so that s/he is fully aware of all the different materials available.
We can either provide generic materials, or add extra books and resources to reflect the functional or industry specialisms of the client group, and / or the geographic location of the project.
We also provide targetted data for mailing to local employers and there are several other Career Workshop services which can be combined to provide a comprehensive, customised solution (eg training, Online Transitions Centre, bespoke documents, workbooks etc).
