How do you handle online payments?
We use a company called SECPay to handle all our online credit and debit card transactions. SECPay are the UK's largest independent processor of real time ecommerce transactions and they meet and exceed the industry security standards.
When you make a payment on the Career Workshop website, the secure server software (SSL) securely encrypts your personal data (such as your card number, address etc) whilst it is transmitted over the internet so nobody can access your card information.
What cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and Visa debit (and Visa derivatives), Switch/Maestro, Solo and JCB.
Not American Express?
No, sorry not at this time.
Will I get a receipt for my purchase?
Yes. For all transactions (subscriptions and document purchase) you will receive an onscreen confirmation and transaction number follwed by an email confirmation. The email confirmation provides full details of the transaction, including a breakdown for VAT purposes, should you require this. You can also view details of your transactions at any time by logging in to the site and looking in the My Transactions area.
I don't want to give my card details on the internet ...
We do understand that. If you prefer, you can order documents by post. There is an order form in the Catalogue. Print it out and send it to us with a cheque, and we will email you the documents instead. If you wish to subscribe by post, please download the order form from the bottom of this page. We will set up your account then contact you with your user name and password.
