Your questions answered: passwords and logging-in
Why might I need a password?
There are two reasons for having a password. Firstly by creating an account for the purchase of documents, or secondly by subscribing to Career Workshop.
Where do I log in?
There is a log-in link on every page, in the left navigation bar. You will need to input the email address and password that you supplied when you created an account or subscribed.
I've forgotten my password...
There is also a "forgotten password" link in the left navigation bar. Enter your email address and you will be sent a reminder. When you receive your email reminder we recommend that you then change your password. You can do this in the My Details section.
Do I need to log out?
Yes, you should log out and close your browser when you have finished using the website, particularly if you share the computer with others. You log out by clicking on the Log Out button on the left navigation bar.
