Your questions answered: managing your account

 

How do I set up an account?

When you buy a document for the first time or subscribe you will be required to create an account.

How can I check and update my personal details?

Log in to Career Workshop and navigate to the My Details section.  Here you will see all the personal data we keep about you, and you can make any changes to this information that you require.

What other information can I access about my account?

As well as your personal details, you can log in and get a history of all your transactions with Career Workshop (in the My Transactions section) and copies of any documents that you have purchased or viewed (in the My Documents & Research section).
